Heinous Crimes

Procrastination is a whirlwind journey of disbelief about one's remarkable creativity and skill in delaying the everyday tasks in life. The verses strike like the voice in your head telling you to get on with it, only it's delivered with the sharpness of a drill sergeant, while the choruses respond with an admission of wasting one's time.

A thundering outro embodies the frustration of inevitably losing this fight with ourselves. Powerless against our existing habits and tendencies, we carry on, certain to keep avoiding the things we know we should be doing. There's a little (or a lot) of us all in this song.
