"Glamour Angst" is about small town gravitation. Everyone always hears things "through the grapevine" that somehow come back to you completely skewed and fictional. It's about those people that stick with you in your high school years but don't have their own means of escaping who they are. They follow you and ride on your success. It's about being that person who everyone simultaneously loves and hates and envies and condemns. It's about being trapped by your own inability to let go of people and pasts.
