'Lone Bulb' is the result of some dreams, impressions, and experiences that culminated in a three or so minute reflection on sadness, psychosis, and the sometimes sad inevitability of a premature end for those not meant for this world. I recorded it in Nashville (where I lived for five years, I live in Portland, Oregon, now) with my friend Matt Miller, who produced, mixed, and mastered it, as well as played the lead electric guitar. There's a trombone on there as well, played by my friend Michael Davis.
